Extended care will be offered on all school days except the day before Thanksgiving, Christmas and last day of school. Morning care will be from 7 - 8 AM and after school care will begin at 3 PM (2:15 on Wednesday) and end at 6 PM. Minimum day coverage will be from 12:15 - 6 PM. Participants must have on file an emergency form, authorization form, and a signed parent agreement.

• Payment Plan

Parents have the option of registering in the Program. For those who register, two payment plans are available. Registration fees are $50 with $10 for each additional child per family. After March 1, Registration fees are $25 with $5 for each additional child. All children need to be signed out both on the computer and on the written log verifying the time the child(ren) were picked up. If this is not done, the charge for the day will be until 6PM.

For families with two or more children on any rate plan, a 10 percent discount will be calculated on the additional child(ren).

• Option A: Registration in the Program

Plan A participants are charged a set monthly fee based on choosing hourly care in advance. Payments are over a 9 month period. Refunds will not be given if care is not used; likewise, if additional minimum days are added during the year, there will not be an additional cost. If hours are used in excess of the plan, participants will be charged the

Plan A/B rate. Plan A/B participants are charged on actual hourly use based on the time key computer billing system. Charges will be based on 1/2 hour increments.

$4.80 per hour

• Option B: Drop In Rate

No Registration fee is charged, but participants pay a higher hourly rate. The rate, billed from the time key, is based on 1 hour increments.

$6.50 per hour

KIDS CLUB ends at 6PM daily. Any child left after this time will be charged $5 for every 15 minutes. The billing will go out on the last Wednesday of the month and will be due on the 1st. If payment is not received by the 15th, a late charge of $20 will be added to your bill. If not paid by the 20th, your child may be dropped from the program.

• Picking -Up Students

Parents are reminded that students must be picked up within twenty minutes of dismissal and not dropped off before 7:40AM. If children are on school grounds after this grace period, they will automatically be checked into the Extended Care Program and the appropriate fee will be charged. This policy is to insure the safety of your children. Please do not tell them to disobey the policy by waiting across the street, or in the church, etc.
